Volunteer Youth Ministry Assistant

We are seeking dedicated individuals to support the development and facilitation of children's ministry and programs, as well as provide companionship, care, and support.
- Assist in preparing for Mainly Minis activities
- Support the Team Leader in preparing the playgroup area
- Greet parents/guardians and children, welcome newcomers, and explain session activities
- Encourage participation, assist with refreshments, and monitor activity
- Encourage children to return toys, tidy up, and restore the area
Key Responsibilities:
Job Description: Support the Families Team in developing and facilitating children's ministry and programs, as well as provide companionship, care, and support.
Required Skills and Qualifications: Understanding and commitment to the Christian faith. Experience working with parents and children preferred but not essential. Suitable for those with a keen interest in child development and a young person's spiritual journey.
Benefits: This role will give volunteers an opportunity to develop skills and build experience in supporting young people, group facilitation, spiritual, and child development.
