Youth Ministry Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and values-driven individual to support the delivery of youth ministry in our community. This role involves planning, coordinating, and assisting with the development and facilitation of programs and activities focused on children, youth, and families.
The ideal candidate will have relevant qualifications and experience in implementing, facilitating, and evaluating youth programs. They will be responsible for developing effective child and youth-centred programs, training and engaging volunteers, establishing links with local schools and other youth programs, and monitoring programs to ensure they remain within set guidelines.
- Develop and implement effective programs that respond to the needs of the local community.
- Train and engage volunteers to support the delivery of programs.
- Establish links and build relationships with local schools and other youth programs in the community.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for:
- Coordinating registrations and attending kids and youth camps run by the corps or national events.
- Overseeing and developing an effective mission focus for children and youth ministry.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Relevant qualification in youth and/or children's ministry.
- Relevant experience in implementing, facilitating, and evaluating youth and/or children's programs.
- A current Working with Children Check.
