Lead Electrical Project Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to lead our team in delivering high-quality electrical engineering projects. As a senior engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and implementation of electrical systems, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of safety and efficiency.
Your expertise will be invaluable in managing project delivery, including design preparation, specifications, reports, calculations, drawings, cost estimation, and details/schedules. You will also be expected to deliver projects according to our quality assurance framework and oversee all aspects of projects, including design, specification, and reporting.
In addition to your technical skills, you will be a strong communicator who can effectively collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and project managers to review specifications, risks, and opportunities/alternative strategies. You will also establish strong client relationships through high-level consultative approaches.
Requirements:- Bachelor of Electrical Engineering Degree qualification
- Proven experience working on building services projects as a design engineer
- Understanding of BCA/NCC and technical knowledge of electrical issues
- Extensive project experience working to Australian Standards, dealing with utilities and authorities
- Experience with low voltage power distribution, earthing, communications, security, and lighting system design
- Proficiency in design software such as Bluebeam, Powercad, and AGI32
