Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead our QA efforts across Sydney and Melbourne. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality assurance, including product development, production processes, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Quality Assurance Leadership: Lead a team of QA Coordinators and ensure that all quality policies and manuals are up-to-date and compliant with current legislation and brand values.
- Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that final product specifications and processes meet quality requirements from bulk manufacturing to customer transaction.
- Vendor Management: Work closely with vendors to ensure they meet quality standards and identify potential risks during product development.
- Investigation and Resolution: Timely investigation and resolution of bulk quality issues and consumer complaints, including recommendation of action and claim resolution.
- Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership, people management, training, and coaching skills with a strong commitment to continuous improvement.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the business.
- Technical Knowledge: Extensive knowledge and understanding of textiles and garment construction, as well as a strong technical background in apparel.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and implement processes to drive business excellence.
- Competitive Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
