As a Senior Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance on policy, process and practice for HIS as a SIL and SDA provider operating within the NDIS.

The overarching focus is on supporting compliance, managing a risk framework and analysis, and ensuring accreditation with the Australian Commission on Safety and Quality in Healthcare Standards.

To be successful, you'll need:

  • A good working knowledge of NDIS and associated changes
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or relevant experience
  • Significant experience in working within a quality framework and policy development, including the NDIS framework
  • Experience in project work with high standard skills in report writing, project design and management
  • Demonstrated ability to show leadership and the ability to work with a wide range of people in a team environment

We offer a competitive salary package, estimated to be around $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on your skills and experience.
