About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at Randstad. As a leading provider of recruitment and HR services, we are committed to delivering exceptional results for our clients and candidates.
Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient management of commercial construction projects. This dynamic role requires a proven track record of cost and time control, as well as effective people management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and within budget
- Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation and risk management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential issues
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
Requirements
- Diploma in Building and Construction, Business Management, or Project Management
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project management or a related field
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- High level of attention to detail and proficiency in specialized software and Microsoft Office
