- Management of a small but experienced accounting team, including an accomplished Assistant Accountant
- Close collaboration with the Finance Director across all aspects of the company's ongoing financial strategy and growth projects
- Production of weekly, monthly, and quarterly management reports
- Allocation of complex income and funding streams
- Work with the FD to produce high-quality budget packs

We're seeking an exceptionally well-trained and experienced Financial Controller with strong technical expertise and sound commercial judgment. We're open to applicants operating at a similar level currently or seeking a step up, perhaps from Finance Manager or a highly experienced Assistant Accountant.
We're looking for a candidate who feels comfortable with management reporting as they do statutory accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and benchmarking. Our client is open to both part/fully professionally qualified applicants (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or with very strong vocational experience (QBE), and/or AAT. What's on offer to the successful candidate? A great starting salary with enhanced benefits, a hybrid/flexible working arrangement, and a genuine opportunity to progress to Finance Director with a highly successful and respected business.
