Curriculum and Student Systems Analyst Role

The primary goal of this position is to oversee the ongoing system development of the Curriculum Management System with a focus on automating UNE's course and unit approval processes.

This role will involve collaboration with stakeholders and vendors to support the curriculum system and provide data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.

Additionally, the incumbent will be responsible for providing technical support during peak business cycles and may supervise staff as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in process analysis and improvement, with a proven track record of delivering positive outcomes through effective process design.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex business requirements and develop reports to support stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal and consultative skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively and achieve collaborative outcomes.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong customer service focus.
Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary package, including 17% employer superannuation and salary packaging options.
