Job Opportunity:
Role DescriptionThe role of Business Analyst is to provide analytical expertise and support in the development and implementation of business solutions.
- Elicit and document business processes using tools like Visio or Miro.
- Analyse system designs, workflows, processes, and business models, making recommendations.
- Collaborate on scope options and support initial technical design and delivery of solutions.
You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop analytical skills and attention to detail combined with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Possess excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Have a collaborative approach to work.
- Understand and appreciate working within Agile and Waterfall project management frameworks.
