Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Structural Construction Manager. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for supervising all site operations of the structural framework of a $70 Million-Dollar Commercial Construction Build.

About the Role

  • Supervise the structural construction stage of a high-rise building project, ensuring compliance with Australian Building Standards.
  • Monitor and maintain project schedules, review project plans and specifications of the building design.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work site, embracing and controlling a fast-paced working environment.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in supervising commercial builds at the structural construction stage, including tilt-up/tilt panel experience and qualification.
  • Knowledge of Australian Building Standards and ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage continuous change effectively.
  • Safety conscious with a strong track record of maintaining a safe work environment.
