- Provide high level legal advice, strategies and solutions
- Review and prepare complex legal documentation
- Implement training for staff on legal issues
- Manage all aspects of assigned legal matters
About You:
We are looking for someone who has completed a Bachelor of Law Degree and extensive experience in negotiating, drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, encumbrances on property and the like. The successful candidate will be admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of NSW and hold a current NSW solicitors practising certificate. Extensive experience as a Solicitor in property & commercial matters in the public sector or a large diverse organisation would be highly regarded.
