BDO is seeking an experienced ESG Consultant to join our Sydney team. As a key member of our ESG Consulting team, you will play a critical role in delivering projects from strategy to execution, supporting the development and enhancement of tools, processes, and practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement ESG strategies and solutions for clients across various sectors.
  • Conduct ESG Health Checks to assess clients' current state and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to develop and implement ESG roadmaps and strategies.
  • Support clients in developing sustainability reports and ESG strategies.
  • Assist associations in developing holistic ESG strategies and roadmaps for their members.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in ESG consulting, with a strong understanding of the ESG and sustainability space.
  • Ability to work with senior stakeholders across various clients and sectors.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to produce high-quality results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proactivity and experience in building structures and processes within a team.
