- Deliver high-quality mental health nursing care to clients receiving Clozapine treatment.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Provide education and support to clients and their families/caregivers on mental health management and recovery strategies.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the team.
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Postgraduate qualification in mental health nursing or a related field.
- Proven experience working in mental health settings, particularly with clients receiving Clozapine treatment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
