About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Mental Health Support Specialist. As part of our Support Coordination Team, you will be working with individuals who require support to live full and meaningful lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support services as both a Support Coordinator and Recovery Coach.
- Support individuals with psychosocial disabilities to manage daily challenges and take control of their lives.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Manage work effectively, meet key performance indicators, and monitor progress.
- Assist employees with project implementation and key tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualifications in peer work or mental health (minimum Certificate IV in Mental Health Peer Work or equivalent training).
- At least two years of experience in mental health-related work.
- Current Police Check, NSW Working with Children Check, NDIS worker screening check.
- Valid NSW Driver's C class license, with the ability to drive vehicles including large cars and vans.
