Children's Learning Facilitator

As a dedicated professional, you will play a vital role in shaping children's lifelong love of learning by creating engaging and stimulating learning environments.
You will collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement daily centre practices that foster strong relationships between children, families, and educators.
Additionally, you will assist with supporting team members in children's learning and documentation, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across all levels.
To excel in this position, you must possess excellent interpersonal skills, be proactive in developing meaningful connections with families and colleagues, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality educational outcomes.
A key aspect of this role is supporting the centre to meet or exceed National Quality Standards. You will work closely with the team to achieve this goal, sharing your expertise and knowledge to drive continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate will have a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Asthma Management Certificates, and a current Blue Card. Furthermore, they will be committed to ongoing professional development, seeking opportunities to expand their knowledge and skills to enhance their practice.
