About the Role

We are seeking a skilled craftsman to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality leather products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate effectively within the team to produce exceptional products.
  • E nsure all work meets exact specifications and standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safe work procedures.
  • Exhibit excellent attention to detail and focus on delivering quality results.
  • Report any equipment issues promptly to supervisors or managers.
  • Perform general housekeeping duties and assist with sewing leather and other materials using industrial machines and hand-sewing techniques.
  • Measure and cut leather and other materials to create and amend patterns and designs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in production/manufacturing environments is desirable but not essential.
  • Previous leather sewing experience is beneficial, while knowledge of saddle making and leather working is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills, ability to work well in a small team, and fluency in written and verbal English are critical.
