We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Panel Beater to fill the role of a skilled craftsman who specializes in restoring and customizing motor vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of motor vehicle repairs, restorations, or customization requests.
  • Manage customer expectations by providing accurate information and timelines.
  • Prepare repair or modification cost estimates and finalize agreements with customers.
  • Plan, organize, and schedule workflows to meet deadlines and achieve quality standards.
  • Keep customers informed about the progress of their repairs through regular updates.
  • Restore damaged vehicles to their original condition by removing dents, mending parts, removing rust, and repairing scratches.
  • Accommodate customization requests while maintaining industry specifications and safety standards.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Panel Beater.
  • Expertise in working with hail damage and restorations.
  • Experience in reassembling vehicle body parts and accessories.
  • Requires a full driver's license and be available to travel for on-road calls and pickups.
  • This role requires working interstate for long periods, typically 4-6 months in different locations around Australia.
