We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Pastry Craftsman.

Responsibilities will include:

• Preparing various types of dough, including cutting, rolling and sheeting it to perfection.
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety at all times.
• Participating in general cleaning duties to ensure a clean and safe work environment.

As a key member of our team, you will also be responsible for:

• Preparing a variety of pizzas and other food items to meet customer demands.
• Oven tending and ensuring that all food is cooked to perfection.
• Meeting and greeting customers on the phone and in person, dealing with customer concerns and upselling products.

Additional responsibilities may include:

• Processing payments using cash and EFTPOS facilities.
• Contributing to a positive and efficient working environment.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A strong background in pastry making and food preparation.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• The ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
