Job Role Overview

The Estates Administration Officer is a newly created, impactful position within the organization. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of estates administration to ensure the wishes of Will-makers are honoured and estates income maximised.

This role offers an ongoing, part-time opportunity to make a life-changing difference to people with cancer, creating meaningful impact within a purpose-driven organisation.

The Estates Administration Officer will act as the primary point of contact for all estate matters, providing professional and timely responses across all communication channels and working closely with external service providers.

The successful candidate will ensure all estates are managed in line with relevant policies and procedures, including data handling, privacy, gift processing and donor acknowledgement.

The Peter MacCallum Cancer Foundation is responsible for promoting gifts in Wills and generating significant income to support life-saving research.
