We are seeking an experienced Senior Property Officer to join our team at ICD Property. This is a key role within our organization, requiring strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

In this position, you will be responsible for managing our property holdings, maintaining our property management system, and working closely with the Valuations Team. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the effective operation of the system, which includes managing property evidence holdings, conducting regular audits, and implementing improvements as needed.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate records of property holdings and transactions
  • Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in property management
