Vehicle Build Specialist

Our organisation is a leading provider of transportation services.

The Role

As a key member of our Vehicle Build Team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality vehicle builds while ensuring customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspecting vehicles for damage and missing parts or accessories to ensure they meet the required standards
  • Performing vehicle processing and build tasks using various tools and equipment to ensure efficient delivery
  • Undertaking vehicle survey and preservation tasks to prevent damage and maintain vehicle integrity
  • Safe manoeuvring of vehicles in and around the compound and workshop to prevent accidents
  • Completing associated documentation accurately and on time
Requirements
  • A manual driver's license is essential for this role
  • Mechanical/electrical aptitude and ability to operate various tools and equipment
  • A people person with a 'can do' attitude who is passionate, energetic and shows initiative
  • Strong attention to detail and a willingness and ability to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures
Nice to Have
  • Previous experience in storage & warehousing would be advantageous
  • Experience in the use of tools and equipment would be beneficial
  • Experience in vehicle movement and/or vehicle accessory fitments would be desirable
  • A current MSIC card would be advantageous but not essential
