We're looking for a Scheduler/Planner to work on some of the iconic Real Estate projects across Victoria, with a wide range of experience to work across various programs, from feasibility to delivery.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide scheduling services across diverse Building projects.
  • Conduct Pre-baseline reviews of contractor's programs to check adherence to contractual requirements and industry standard scheduling practices.
  • Prepare progress update reports and highlight key schedule risks and opportunities to clients.
  • Recommend corrective action and create acceleration programs in case of major delays.
  • Conduct delay analysis and assist the Senior Scheduler in delay claims management.
  • Arrange meetings with multiple client-side stakeholders to understand their inputs and deliverables during the project and create an Integrated Master Works Program including all dependencies linked to Main Contractors program.

Requirements

  • Tertiary degree, preferably in one of the following disciplines - Engineering, Construction, Building or Project Management or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 4 years' experience as a Scheduler on Building projects.
  • Proficient in MS Project and Primavera P6.
  • Candidates with prior on-site working experience on construction projects is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of the end-to-end construction processes.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
