As a leader in retail operations, you have the opportunity to make a significant impact on customer satisfaction and team performance.

About The Role

This role requires full accountability of store operations during evening and night trade. You will take pride in contributing to a store that is exceptionally presented, welcoming and engaging for customers, team members and the community.

Your key responsibilities will include guiding team members, allocating tasks and providing support and direction to ensure exceptional customer service.

About You And Your Skills
  • You should have previous experience working in a fast-paced environment with direct leadership experience.
  • You must be able to lead, coach and develop your team to meet sales targets, cost control and rostering requirements.
  • You will need to maintain Coles' visual merchandising, safety, compliance and stock management standards.
  • You are customer obsessed and continually seek to better understand our diverse customers.
  • You drive a one team culture which celebrates success and puts team members health, safety and wellbeing first.
