As a high-performing Resource Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations within our workforce management department.

Key responsibilities include managing the allocation of labor resources, processing shift changes and swaps, training, overtime, and leave. You will also be responsible for reviewing supply and demand to ensure adequate staffing coverage.

Other key duties include administering staff roster movements, updating systems to reflect accurate staff allocation and shifts, and providing input into creating rosters. You will act as the primary point of contact for staff queries relating to published rosters and maintain an understanding of EBA and Industrial Relations requirements.

Success in this role requires previous experience in workforce planning, particularly in roles with high volume demands. Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple tasks under pressure, excellent organizational skills, and strong communication skills are essential.
