Branch Operations Leader

Position Overview
As the Branch Operations Leader, you will oversee the secure and efficient functioning of our operations while ensuring that daily objectives are achieved in accordance with planned schedules.
We offer a competitive salary along with a remote living allowance of $12,000 per year.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure a safe and dependable operation on a daily basis
- Conduct daily safety meetings
- Adhere to safety, environmental, and operational policies and procedures
- Identify and mitigate risks through the application of control measures
- Achieve or surpass all daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
- Organize and plan maintenance tasks as necessary
- Address all personnel-related matters appropriately
We are looking for a safety-oriented leader with exceptional communication and influencing skills, dedicated to delivering results on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
- Proven leadership experience in a recycling or manufacturing setting
- Understanding of scrap metal operations is preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Outstanding customer service abilities
- Experience with mobile plant operations and a valid forklift license is desirable
- Proficient in computer applications, with experience in SAP and basic MS Office skills being advantageous
