Design Visionary for Child Development

We're seeking a visionary design leader to shape our product and culture. As a founding designer, you'll set the tone for our app's user experience and influence how families navigate developmental healthcare.

This is a unique opportunity to redefine the system and create meaningful change in the lives of children and their caregivers. You'll work closely with our team to develop innovative solutions that are both functional and easy to use.

Your expertise will be instrumental in defining feature areas, embedding scalable processes, and shaping experience direction. You'll also play a key role in shaping our company culture and values.

Key Responsibilities
  • User-Centered Design: Develop new interaction design conventions that prioritize user needs and emotions.
  • Scalable Processes: Embed repeatable processes that ensure consistency and efficiency across our product.
  • Experience Direction: Shape the overall user experience and guide the development of our app.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Design Portfolio: Showcase your end-to-end user-centric design thinking and polished UI craftsmanship.
  • Communication Skills: Clearly explain design decisions to engineers, founders, and parents alike.
  • Technical Understanding: Have hands-on experience building on top of LLMs and crafting chat-based interfaces.
