Customer Service Representative Role Description:

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our service delivery team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to all customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate and relevant information to customers regarding our services and products.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and efficient manner.
  • Work closely with the Business Development team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Contribute to the development and achievement of team objectives and plans.

  • A qualification in Office Administration or a related field.
