Strategic Fundraising Director

As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for crafting and executing a comprehensive fundraising and marketing strategy to drive growth, increase supporter engagement, and enhance the organisation's reputation.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will oversee the development and implementation of integrated fundraising campaigns across acquisition, retention, and donor journeys, as well as lead digital marketing and communications efforts.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a holistic fundraising and marketing strategy to foster growth, engagement, and revenue.
- Lead targeted fundraising campaigns across various channels, including appeals, regular giving, community fundraising, and gifts in wills.
- Oversee digital marketing and communications initiatives, encompassing social media, email/SMS marketing, SEO/SEM, and paid campaigns.
- Provide insightful analysis on fundraising and marketing campaign results, digital performance, and supporter engagement.
- Proven experience in developing and delivering successful fundraising and marketing strategies that drive growth.
- Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to balance competing priorities.
- Digitally savvy, with experience managing websites, email marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, and fundraising platforms.
- Excellent content creation and copywriting skills, with the ability to bring impact to life through compelling storytelling.
- Analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, measure results, and optimise campaigns.
