We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at PHE Pty Ltd. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing and attracting top talent for our electrical and instrumentation operations support services.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in blue-collar recruitment, particularly in the electrical, mining, or construction industries. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring compliance, and conducting reference checks. Your excellent communication and influencing skills will enable you to build strong relationships with department heads and site managers.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Ensure compliance with employment contract legislation and conduct thorough reference checks.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including department heads and site managers.
- Oversee the contract issuance and onboarding process for candidates.
- Monitor and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for accuracy.
- Update and maintain employee files.
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong background in blue-collar recruitment.
- Proficiency in the full recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Experience using LiveHire or similar ATS would be an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
