About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Montessori Academy. As a key member of our educational team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality education and care to our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging and challenging learning programs that reflect the Early Years Learning Framework guidelines.
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the service's philosophy and policies.
  • Ensure accurate records are kept in regards to accidents, incidents, and medication.
  • Liaise with families to keep them informed about their child's progress and daily activities.
About You

We are looking for a qualified educator with a Cert III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA equivalent). You will have a strong understanding of the National Quality Framework, including the National Regulations, National Quality Standards, and the Early Years Learning Framework.

You will be an excellent communicator with strong written and verbal skills, and be able to work collaboratively as part of a team. A passion for implementing Montessori early learning programs and a commitment to the holistic development of children are essential.
