Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Montessori Academy. As a key member of our educational team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality education to our students.
Key Responsibilities- Work collaboratively with our team to deliver a comprehensive and engaging educational program.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Implement the Montessori method of education, reflecting the Early Years Learning Framework guidelines.
- Ensure a safe and healthy environment for all children and staff, adhering to our OH&S Policy.
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress, including observations and incident reports.
- Liaise with families to keep them informed about their child's daily activities.
We are looking for a qualified educator with a Cert III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or equivalent. You will have a strong understanding of the National Quality Framework, including the National Regulations, National Quality Standards, and the Early Years Learning Framework.
You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. A passion for implementing Montessori early learning programs and a commitment to the holistic development of children are essential.
