Our Induction Program

We offer a comprehensive induction program for new Early Childhood Teachers, designed to provide you with the support and training you need to succeed in your role.

  • Three months of continued support and training, allowing you to settle into your role and develop your skills and knowledge.
  • A dedicated ECT Buddy to provide additional support and guidance.
  • Regular Community Connection Sessions to network with other Early Childhood Teachers and share best practices.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to:

  • Hold an ACECQA-approved Graduate Diploma, Bachelor or Masters of Teaching (Early Childhood).
  • Have a current Working with Children Check.
  • Be registered as a teacher or eligible to apply.
