Brewery Technician

We are seeking a skilled Electrician passionate about brewing to join our team as a key resource in enhancing the reliability and performance of our Brewing department.

As an essential member, your responsibilities will include:

  • Serving as the primary technical expert for all electrical and instrumentation systems within our brewing department
  • Driving initiatives to increase equipment availability and reliability
  • Creating and improving training programs for technicians and operators, focusing on coaching and mentoring for long-term skills development
  • Designing and refining maintenance plans, including SOPs and Work Instructions, to ensure efficiency and compliance

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Trade qualifications in Electrical Maintenance
  • Proven experience in brewing or FMCG
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in CMMS software with a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to document training materials and effectively coach others
  • Understanding of manufacturing strategies, safety protocols, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Excellent communication skills with a positive, proactive attitude

Key Qualifications:

  • Trade qualifications in Electrical Maintenance
  • Proven experience in brewing or FMCG
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in CMMS software
