Our Brewery Operations Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our brewery in Brisbane. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day packaging line operations.

This position requires a proactive individual with strong mechanical aptitude and electrical skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintenance environments and be passionate about learning and further development.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Certificate or trades qualifications in electrical engineering
  • Experience in FMCG or food manufacturing
  • Programming skills in SCADA/PLC
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships

  • Maintain routine equipment checks and calibration
  • Investigate and participate in problem-solving for process-related issues
