About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining production machinery, conducting quality assurance checks, and ensuring product consistency. They will also participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up, operate, and maintain production machinery.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks and ensure product consistency.
  • Pick raw materials and packaging for production processes.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and escalate any equipment issues.
  • Follow health and safety procedures, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and efficiency.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Experience in a fast-paced industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • A strong ability to manage time effectively while balancing multiple tasks.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining quality standards.
  • The ability to troubleshoot and solve problems under pressure.
  • A current forklift license (beneficial but not required).
