The ideal candidate will possess advanced degree in a quantitative discipline, such as Mathematics, Statistics, Actuary, Engineering, or Computer Science. Prior experience in credit risk modelling (IRB, IFRS9, stress testing) is highly desirable. Commercial outlook and strong problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.

Able to distill complicated concepts into clear and concise language, you'll produce high-quality model documentation for model validators, auditors, and external regulators. Your programming skills in R or Python will enable you to collaborate effectively with our product, prudential, credit, and data teams.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to further develop your knowledge of capital, provisions, and loss modelling. You'll work closely with stakeholders, including model validation teams, front office operating teams, and auditors. By leveraging your expertise, you'll contribute significantly to key commercial decisions.
