Industrial Design Production Manager

As a key member of our team, you will lead design efforts for projects across Sydney's Western region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and produce construction documents for industrial D&C projects.
  • Deliver concept drawings and site sketches in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the project design/construction team, external consultants, and site personnel to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Prepare required documents for council approval as part of obtaining construction certificates (DA, CC, CDC).
  • Oversee the production of different design stages, including marketing, design drafting, and more.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years' local experience in a similar role working in construction, Drafter, Design Coordinator, Approvals coordinator, or similar is essential.
  • Proficiency in the use of Revit software is mandatory.
  • Previous experience lodging CC and CDC applications is highly desirable.
  • Experience working for a head contractor delivering new build construction projects would be an advantage.
