Job Description:

Overview:

As a Commercial Contract Professional, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Defence contracts by providing commercial advice and developing solutions to achieve stakeholder objectives within a compliance framework.

Key responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial agreements with key stakeholders, contributing to bid and proposal activities, including commercial elements and management reviews, and serving as the point of contact for customer and supplier interfaces during all phases of contract performance.

Requirements:

  • A Degree in Business, Commerce, or Law with at least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in commercial management, contract management, negotiations, supplier management, and customer engagement.
  • Able to work independently with limited oversight and influence parties at an operational level.
  • Current holder of or about to obtain NV1 Defence security clearance.
