Document Management Expert

We are seeking an experienced Document Management Expert to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our document management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee workflows, archiving, and filing in line with ISO 9001 standards.
  • Implement system upgrades and enhancements.
  • Develop, review, and manage manuals, policies, and procedures to ensure national consistency and compliance.
  • Lead and execute projects focused on continuous improvements of the DMS and framework.
  • Drive initiatives for quality, compliance, and change management.
  • Assist with the effective use of systems like LMS, SharePoint, Promapp, and OnTrac.
  • Generate monthly Quality and DMS reports.

About You

  • Proven experience in a similar role with a strong understanding of the Document Management Framework and ISO 9001 standards.
  • Intermediate computer literacy (MS Office, SharePoint), advanced time management, planning, and organisational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently and within a team, and excellent stakeholder communication skills.
  • Strong ability to analyse data and generate insightful reports.
  • Proactive in identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.
