Since we began in 2015, we've made it our mission to examine every part of what a support provider does – from how we structure our teams, to how we recruit and roster, to how we ensure the highest quality support, to how technology acts as an enabler for all that we do.

Supporting more than 250 clients across metropolitan and regional Victoria and only continuing to grow, we want the people who join us to also believe disability support should enable a life of independence and dignity.
To achieve this goal, you'll need:
1. Good judgement and common sense, listening skills, a willingness to learn and a commitment to our values
2. Experience supporting people with a physical disability, including manual handling
3. Experience with providing personal care
4. Great patience and willingness to build rapport with clients
5. Enthusiasm and passion for supporting people with disabilities to live great lives
6. Commitment to working with a care team approach, including guidance from professionals
7. Full driver's licence and comfort with driving clients' vehicles
8. Willingness to work varied shifts; sleepovers, day support including community access, in-home evening support with home duties required. We also need you to commit to ongoing shifts (more than twice weekly)
We are looking to support clients based in Greendale, Kyneton, Heathcote, Bendigo
