Senior Program Officer

The Senior Program Officer will play a key role in supporting the design and establishment of grant programs, as well as the delivery of closed, non-competitive grant processes. This will involve performing a range of program, policy, and stakeholder engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development of grant program designs and strategies
- Liaise with stakeholders, including the Community Grants Hub, to establish and manage grant projects
- Draft and disseminate a range of documents, including briefings for senior executives and Ministers
Requirements:
- Qualifications in a related field, such as Education, Policy, or Program Management
- Experience in grant program design and management
- Demonstrated ability to drive evidence-based policy advice and innovations
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills, including the ability to interpret legislation and policy
What's on Offer:
- An APS6 hourly rate contract, notionally a 12-month opportunity
