Senior Program Officer

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Program Officer, where you will play a key role in the grant selection and management process. As a seasoned professional with experience in grant management, you will be responsible for monitoring, implementing, and maintaining processes that contribute to the management of grant schemes across their pre-award lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including grant applicants and holders, Selection Advisory Committee members, and expert reviewers, with a customer-centric approach.
- Undertake data checking and development of grant-related documents.
- Coordinate and support meetings, presentations, and other activities as required.
- Work flexibly across teams to provide support across the Programs Branch as required.
- High-level interpersonal and liaison skills, with a strong ability to work as part of a team.
- Project and time management skills, including the ability to manage tight and conflicting deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills and experience in problem-solving.
- High-level attention to detail.
- Good oral and writing skills.
- Good Microsoft Office skills and the ability to problem-solve technical issues or escalate to technical areas if required.
