Product Strategist

A high-flying corporate career with the world's largest air services provider is awaiting a dedicated individual to join our team. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for developing the product roadmap for the enterprise resource platform.

This role involves designing a best-in-class tool for manufacturing, procurement, and sales. Partnering with key stakeholders across business operations, you will work to understand requirements, prioritise and deliver new features to improve efficiency, profitability, and planning and production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop rapport and build business relationships with key areas impacted by the product.
  • Create a roadmap for the product, including prioritisation of the existing backlog and modification as needed.
  • Communicate and gain buy-in from key stakeholders to deliver business initiatives.
  • Oversee and coordinate the planning, execution, and delivery of new features and enhancements.
  • Monitor and analyse key product metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Participate in project leadership group, driving project discipline and ensuring alignment between project objectives and business outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner in a large and multi-faceted organisation.
  • Digital technology experience and understanding of the Adobe Stack (advantageous).
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in an agile development environment.
  • Strong leadership, management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering ongoing enhancements with a customer-focused and user-centric outlook.
  • A data-driven approach with experience in digital reporting and statistical analysis.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple work streams simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with experience in a B2C customer-facing product environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in technology tools.
