Duties and Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Development Manager to lead the development of our product. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering customer requirements, creating functional designs, and guiding teams to ensure timely delivery.
Job DescriptionThis role is integral to the ongoing success and retention of our customers. We require an individual with excellent communication skills and experience in managing cross-functional teams.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of industry trends and the ability to develop innovative solutions that meet customer needs.
We offer a competitive salary range of $86,163.23 - $163,771.45 per year and a flexible work arrangement including the option to work from home.
Key Responsibilities:- Gather and document customer requirements
- Create functional designs and estimates of efforts
- Guide teams to ensure timely delivery
- Take ownership of product quality
- At least 5 years of experience in product management or related field
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of industry trends
