Key Role in Resident Well-being
We are seeking an experienced and caring individual to join our team as a Lifestyle Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about enhancing the lives of seniors.
Job Summary:
- Assist residents in participating in lifestyle activities designed by the Lifestyle Coordinator.
- Set up and pack up events planned throughout the day with efficiency and attention to detail.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the well-being of residents.
Essential Qualifications:
- Experience in lifestyle activities or willingness to learn and adapt is essential.
- A Certificate 3 in Lifestyle or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- Current First Aid/CPR certification is mandatory.
- At least 6 months' experience in a similar role is required.
