**Administrative Support Role**

As an integral member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our colleagues and clients.

Key tasks include:

  • Managing incoming calls and ensuring timely responses
  • Performing data entry and general administration tasks with precision and attention to detail
  • Coordinating mail, deliveries, and stationery orders to maintain a well-organized workspace
  • Preparing reports and letters with accuracy and efficiency
  • Filing coordination, soft copies, and archiving to ensure seamless access to important documents

**Requirements and Qualifications**

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A solid working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent phone manner and communication skills
  • Quick and accurate typing skills with outstanding attention to detail
  • Experience working with software and CRMs
  • Immaculate presentation and a helpful manner
  • Great organizational skills and a positive attitude

**What We Offer**

This is a full-time casual opportunity offering a competitive hourly rate of $28.00 - $30.00 per hour.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
