About this Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our production team as a Production Manager. You will be responsible for overseeing the production process, coordinating all production activities and operations. Your goal will be to ensure all goods and services are produced safely, cost-effectively and on time.

You will be managing resources to ensure production plans are met, maintaining set minimum stock holdings and ensuring throughputs are consistent and meeting targets. Additionally, you will work with maintenance and other departments to minimize downtime.

The ideal candidate will have significant plant management / operations experience working in a multi-line factory, as a Production Manager within a fast-paced environment. They should have a firm grasp of manufacturing-related activities, specifically production cost control, scheduling, safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating production schedules and workflow to meet business needs
  • Ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards
  • Monitoring and improving processes to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Maintaining effective relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers

This role would suit someone who is resourceful, resilient and solution-oriented, with excellent communication skills and strong project management abilities.
