Senior Laboratory Supervisor Opportunity

In this dynamic leadership role, you will oversee the daily operations of our aggregate laboratories. Your expertise and guidance will play a pivotal role in driving laboratory performance and contributing to short-term goals and long-term sustainability.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Lead the day-to-day activities of the Bass Point laboratory, leveraging your strategic skills to achieve business objectives through effective resource management, quality control, and operational excellence
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies, promoting a culture of safety and adherence to occupational health and safety regulations
  • Cultivate strong relationships with technical teams, sales departments, and customer service agents to deliver exceptional service quality and address customer needs
  • Collaborate with laboratory managers and technicians to maintain equipment, ensure calibration, and implement operational procedures that drive efficiency and productivity
