Nuclear Regulations Specialist
The role of Nuclear Regulations Specialist involves ensuring compliance with nuclear standards framework and license conditions across the organization's life cycle. This includes coordinating ASC's relationship and interactions with regulatory bodies, such as ARPANSA and ASNO, through multiple phases and transition periods.
As a key member of the ASC Nuclear Oversight Team, you will be responsible for developing and managing nuclear standards frameworks, collaborating with internal stakeholders on Nuclear Mindset training and cultural implementation, and ensuring compliance with safety, safeguards, and security throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage nuclear standards framework
- Coordinate ASC's relationship and interactions with regulatory bodies
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on Nuclear Mindset training and cultural implementation
- Ensure compliance with safety, safeguards, and security throughout the project lifecycle
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or equivalent experience in a complex asset management/development environment
- 7+ years' experience within regulatory affairs of nuclear or other highly regulated industries
- Specific experience within nuclear regulation, code of practice, and guidance interpretation
- Demonstrated experience managing and maintaining inter-organizational stakeholders and external regulatory organizations
- Proven experience coordinating with a team of technical personnel in complex and changing environments
