Project Design Coordinator

The role involves assisting in managing the design delivery process, coordinating interactions among project members, and ensuring designs align with project requirements.
This includes planning and controlling design delivery to meet quality, completion, and profit objectives, as well as managing work and performance of subcontractors with design responsibility.
Daily coordination with consultants on technical matters is also required, along with supporting design and construction coordination meetings.
Required Skills and QualificationsA bachelor's qualification in engineering (civil), building and construction is essential.
Experience in project delivery, particularly multi-discipline projects in building, construction, and design, is desirable.
Awareness of people management processes and knowledge of project management structure, plans, specifications, standards, and implications for project accountabilities are also necessary.
